Are we taking care of our bodies?

Like most of you  I am a big eater. I love food and I enjoy it very much. But, what are my food preferences? Like many people out there I prefer junk food : cakes, chocolate, sugar, and all the industrialized food that is killing us “petit a petit”!

Lets face it, we only have one body and if we don’t take care of it ourselves, who’s gonna do it?

And I am not talking about overweight for instance and all the diseases that come with it. I am just talking about healthy food and what we humans are supposed to eat to live healthy and old.

What food gives our bodies the necessary nutrients and fuel to keep us in a good mood and shape?

That’s why I tried so many diets in my life; diets that do not work or that keep me hungry, tired and angry until I discovered the Cretan diet.

Cretan diet is The Diet! It is the food habit that our ancestors used to have,  simple and delicious; it is what we humans are supposed to consume at all times.

How this new era of industrialized food started? Are we doing any good to our civilization or are we just shortening more and more our lifetime?  I believe that if we keep our current food habits, we are going to annihilate the human race.

What is worse is that these food habits are inherited from generation to generation and it becomes worse and worse.

But, “la vie est belle” and we are smarter than that! Let’s think, take arms on the matter, and do what we have to do.

Let’s learn and live the way we should. Let’s eat healthier to live longer and enjoy life!
