Ingredients (4 persons)
- 6 medium zucchinis
- 3 medium potatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of grated cheese (parmesan)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of flour
Boil zucchinis, onions and potatoes; then strain off excess liquid. Squeeze with a fork or use a food processor. Mix with the eggs and salt. Shape into 2 inches balls, dredge them with flour and deep fry in olive oil until browned. Serve immediately.

Ingredients (4 persons)
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 eggplants
- 1 onion
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 soup spoon of chopped parsley
- 1 soup spoon of chopped dill
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup of olive oil
Cut the eggplants in half, drain them and put them in a baking pan. Chop the tomatoes and onions and mix them with the dill, parsley, salt, pepper and oil. Spread the mixture over the eggplants. Add a cup of water and bake for 30 minutes.

Like most of you I am a big eater. I love food and I enjoy it very much. But, what are my food preferences? Like many people out there I prefer junk food : cakes, chocolate, sugar, and all the industrialized food that is killing us “petit a petit”!
Lets face it, we only have one body and if we don’t take care of it ourselves, who’s gonna do it?
And I am not talking about overweight for instance and all the diseases that come with it. I am just talking about healthy food and what we humans are supposed to eat to live healthy and old.
